Working principle of Shanghai Yetuo vacuum centrifugal concentrator


By using an external vacuum pump to extract air, the interior of the instrument can reach a vacuum or near vacuum state, reducing the boiling point of the solvent and allowing it to evaporate rapidly at lower temperatures. For example, in a vacuum environment, the boiling point of water will be much lower than 100 ℃, which accelerates the evaporation of solvents in the sample.


Centrifugal effect: The sample rotates at high speed in the centrifugal rotor, generating centrifugal force that evenly distributes the sample at the bottom of the centrifuge tube, preventing boiling and loss of the sample. At the same time, it also allows the dried solute to settle completely at the bottom of the container, facilitating the full recovery of the sample. Heating effect: Radiation heating and other technologies are used to compensate for the heat loss during solvent evaporation, accelerate the evaporation rate of the sample, and adjust the temperature accurately through a temperature control system to meet the concentration requirements of different samples. However, for thermosensitive samples, no heating or low-temperature heating can also be selected.

Control system: It can be an operating interface such as a touch screen or buttons, used to set various parameters such as centrifugal speed, temperature, time, vacuum degree, etc. It can also display the real-time operating status of the instrument, such as remaining time, current temperature, vacuum degree value, etc. Some high-end instruments also have functions such as program preset and fault alarm.
